Welcome to Beauty Neptune. By purchasing from our website or booking our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products (Press-On Nails)
All press-on nails are handmade and prepared with care. Products must be returned unused and in their original condition to be eligible for a refund, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full at checkout.

For in-person services, cash is preferred. Bank transfer may also be accepted upon agreement.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary.

3. Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping.

Delivery times may vary depending on location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external factors.

Customers must provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect information.

4. Returns & Refunds
Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with applicable European Union consumer protection laws. To exercise this right, the customer must notify us of their decision within this period. This right applies to customers residing within the European Union; customers outside the EU are subject to the consumer protection laws applicable in their country of residence.

5. Appointments & Services
Appointments must be booked in advance.

Please arrive on time. Late arrival will shorten your appointment time.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, the service may not be completed and the full price will still be charged.

6. Service Warranty
All services include a 7-day warranty from the appointment date, covering issues caused by our work.

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Nail art

  • Charms, rhinestones

  • 3D elements

  • Damage caused by improper aftercare

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of the service price. Rescheduling will not be possible after a late cancellation.

8. Deposits
Some services may require a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if rescheduled within the allowed timeframe.

9. Foreign Infills
For safety and quality reasons, we do not perform infills on work done by other technicians.

Existing sets will be removed and a new set will be applied.

10. Age Policy
The minimum age to use services is 16 years. Customers aged 16–17 require parental consent to book or receive services. Customers aged 18 and above may use services without parental consent. There is no minimum age requirement for purchasing products.

11. Liability
We are not responsible for allergic reactions or misuse of products. Clients are responsible for following aftercare instructions.

By using our services, you agree that Beauty Neptune is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages.

12. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, designs, and branding, belongs to Beauty Neptune and may not be used without permission.

13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
