What is the difference between Gel X and BIAB?
Gel X is a full coverage extension system that gives you instant length and shape.
BIAB (Builder in a Bottle) is a strengthening gel overlay applied on your natural nails — perfect for growing and protecting your own nails while keeping a natural look.
Which one is right for me?
If you want longer nails and a defined shape right away → choose Gel X.
If you prefer a natural look and want to strengthen your own nails → choose BIAB.How long do they last?
Typically 3–4 weeks, depending on aftercare and your natural nail growth. Will Gel X or BIAB damage my nails?
No — not when applied and removed properly. I work gently and use professional products to protect your natural nails. -
What is the difference between an infill and a soak off?
An infill is ideal if your set is still in good condition — minimal lifting, no cracks, and you’re keeping the same shape and length. It refreshes the grown-out area and rebalances the structure.
A soak off is recommended if there is significant lifting, damage, or if you’d like to change the shape or length. It allows us to start fresh and ensure the best retention.
With Gel X, I often choose the soak off method. Since Gel X uses pre-made tips, the apex can grow out and move lower over time, which affects balance and structure. Removing and applying a new set is often the safest and most durable option.
Both options are under one Add-On category when booking, as I assess your nails during the appointment and choose the best method based on lifting, structure, and overall nail health

Yes! With proper removal and care, they can be reused multiple times. How long do press-ons last?
With nail glue: 1–3 weeks.
With adhesive tabs: 1–5 days (great for short-term wear). How do I know my nail size?
I use the coin sizing method to ensure your press-ons are perfectly tailored to you. You’ll place any euro coins next to each natural nail and take a clear photo where every nail is visible straight from above with the coin next to it. This allows me to accurately compare the width and create your personal nail sizes for the perfect fit 💕
There is also a full step-by-step sizing tutorial available on my website here.
